At Wellspring Massage we believe that regular massage is an essential part of your health maintenance regime. We developed our membership program to facilitate your commitment to health and well being. In addition to deep discounts in the cost of your massages, setting up a membership program may just be that extra push you need every month to ensure you are taking good care of yourself.

Roll-over |
If you do not use your massage during the month in which it is billed, don’t worry. Your massages carry over from month to month. All massages will have to be used by the end of your annual enrollment date, however. |

Membership Term |
Our membership program are for one year and revert to month to month therafter. |
|
Cancellation |
There are no cancellation fees if you cancel before your membership term expires (1 yr from date of enrollment). However, the difference between the member price and the non-member price for any massages you received during your enrollment will be billed to your credit card. This will be waived if cancellation is due to change of residence out of the greater Portland metro area or medical necessity. Proof of change will be required. |

Suspension |
If you are injured in an auto accident and require massage care or if you acquire health insurance coverage for massage at anytime during your membership term, we will be happy to suspend your membership without charge and begin billing your insurance directly for you. |

Non-transferable |
All special membership pricing and benefits are non-transferable |

Additional Benefits |
All immediate family members (defined as living in the same household) are entitled to unlimited massages at the basic member price of $54/hour or $84/hour and half. |
|
Guest Passes |
Each member will be issued five (5) guest passes each year to distribute at will. Each guest pass entitles the recipient to one massage at membership pricing. |
